We are pleased to announce that through your input, we are almost ready in the delivery of a fully automated sales management system that will help us to provide timely feedback to our clients. The system will allow our clients to have full access of the progress of their dream houses via their mobile phones.  The one of its kind system in the building and construction industry will allow clients to; interact with us in a much more efficient manner, track the progress of their application, sanction dates for the commencement of their construction and follow up on the progress of their construction from setting out, to laying out the foundation, construction of the walls to roofing and finishing. They will also access progress photos of all the construction work going on through the system.  This will not only help our clients in the diaspora but also help all clients who are busy working and cannot find time to be on site. Our clients will have access to the client portal upon making payment of the commitment fees.

The system will improve our efficiency in dealing with customer inquiries as it will ensure that we are able to track all our prospects and clients throughout the sales process.
